It has been left rather big to show up some of the details, as these are somewhat faint because of the tissue preparation needed to show up enzyme activity.
The key feature is the localization of acetylcholine esterase (AChE),
some of which is marked by the red arrows.

The yellow arrows point to vesicles in the middle of the rhabdom, close to the central process.
